Products and services are provided by one or more insurance company and their subsidiaries. Not all products and services are available in every jurisdiction, and the precise coverage afforded by any insurer is subject to the actual terms and conditions of the policies as issued.
Binding Coverage
Insurance coverage cannot be bound or changed through an online form, email, voicemail, or fax. No binder, policy, or coverage change takes effect unless confirmed directly with a licensed agent.

Content published on our website and through the Falcon Forward podcast is for educational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, financial, or legal advice. Published articles are reviewed quarterly for accuracy.
Information We Collect
We collect only what insurance carriers require to generate quotes and bind coverage. This varies by coverage type:
Personal Lines (home, auto, umbrella, personal articles): contact and identity information for household members, property or vehicle details, and prior claims history.
Commercial Lines (GL, commercial property, business auto, workers’ comp, E&O, and others): business identity and contact information, financial data, workforce details, property and vehicle schedules, prior claims history, and your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN).
You may also upload supporting documents — such as loss runs and current policy documents — through our secure client portal. All uploaded documents are used solely for underwriting and coverage placement.
Website Analytics
Our website uses Fathom Analytics, a cookieless platform that collects only anonymous, aggregate traffic data. No personal data is collected, and no cookies are set by our analytics provider.
Our forms set a temporary session cookie to preserve your progress. It contains no personal information and expires when your browser session ends.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking technology.

Federal Financial Privacy (GLBA)
As a licensed insurance broker, Falcon West is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal and financial information. We do not share your nonpublic personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Web platform: Application data and uploaded documents are stored in our WordPress/GravityForms system and manually deleted within 30 days, after which the information is transferred to our AMS.
Agency Management System: Records are retained for the period required by California Department of Insurance regulations — generally a minimum of five years following policy expiration or termination.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data submitted through our website and portal
- Access controls limiting which Falcon West personnel can view sensitive data
- Manual deletion of web platform data within 30 days of submission
- PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — we never store payment card details
No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We will notify you of a data breach as required by applicable law.
Your Privacy Rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected and why
- Access or correct your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information — we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
