Martha’s career in the insurance industry began in 1999. She worked for a few employers within the industry prior to joining Falcon West. She has her Property & Casualty License and has taken some courses to become a CISR. Insurance came as an opportunity that was not in her original plans, but she says it’s been one the best life decisions she’s ever made. Being an Insurance Agent has given her the opportunity to help people and create long-term relationships. She enjoys seeing a positive claim outcome, winning a case, getting a late fee waived. Martha says she has learned every person has their own qualities and believes it’s best to respect different ways of thinking and working. As a customer service representative, she is respectful and responsive to every situation and need.

In her spare time, she spends as much time as she can with her kids and husband. Martha likes going to the movies or watching a good Netflix movie drinking a nice homemade Chai. She calls Church her second home and spends a lot of time there.
