Wildfire Defense Coverage

Certain carriers that we work with have taken a proactive approach on wildfire defense coverage in fire prone areas. Services include an onsite wildfire hazard assessment to recommend ways to protect your home in the event of a wildfire. If a wildfire is approaching, the carrier may coordinate with local fire departments to augment their services by sending insurance companies own certified fire professionals to your home. This private fire department will relocate or remove combustible material, seal eaves, apply fire retardant gel, set up temporary sprinklers, and work to ensure your home is not damaged. All these services are provided at no charge by the carrier.
