Brenda Heath

Brenda specializes in servicing personal lines insurance policies for successful families. In her position at Falcon West, she assists in claims counseling, billing questions, policy changes and performs annual reviews of client’s insurance portfolios. Brenda works with Senior Brokers to develop strategies to service client’s needs and find the best solutions to protect their assets and families. She strives to develop and maintain good working relationships with Carrier Underwriters and Marketing Representatives.

When Brenda first started in the industry, she worked in a direct writer’s claims center. This helped her gain valuable insight into counseling clients and more fully understanding the claims process. She also worked as an insurance producer for an independent agency, which taught her about underwriting, exposures, and risk mitigation. She’s been in the industry for 20 years and continues to love learning and connecting with her clients.

Brenda has a great love for nature. She enjoys golfing, snowboarding, traveling, and hiking. Brenda feels her love for nature helps inspire her; giving her a chance to feel gratitude and reflect on ways she can help lift and encourage others. She also loves volunteering as a youth leader at her church and spending quality time with her wonderful husband, two children, three granddaughters; extended family, and friends.
