Devin Saavedra is a Producer/Broker at Falcon West Insurance Brokers, bringing a results-driven mindset and a natural ability to build lasting relationships. A licensed Property & Casualty producer in the State of Nevada, Devin joined Falcon West through the 2025 Academy program and transitioned to a full-time independent contractor in 2026.
Before entering insurance, Devin spent four years as a freight broker at ITS Logistics, a leading third-party logistics company. There, he earned recognition as the company's #1 broker, generating over $20 million in margin during his tenure. That experience sharpened his networking, sales, and problem-solving skills — strengths he now channels into helping clients navigate their insurance needs.
Devin found his way to insurance because of the industry's ever-changing nature and the opportunity to form meaningful, long-term relationships with clients. He is motivated by the chance to create a great life for his family, and that same drive shapes how he shows up for the people he serves. Whether working alongside a team or tackling challenges independently, Devin prides himself on being a self-starter who gets things done.
When he's not working, Devin is all about action sports — snowboarding, mountain biking, skateboarding, and dirt biking keep him moving. He also enjoys camping with his family and building custom motorcycles in his garage. And if you can't find him, he's probably exploring random corners of the world on Google Maps.
