Welcoming Academy Group 4

We welcomed our three newest Academy group members this week, and we're excited to introduce them to the insurance industry! Over the next 12 weeks, we will focus on commercial insurance, with a special emphasis on the energy and marine industries.
Emily Henrich
Emily Henrich plays center for Leicester Tigers in England's Premiership Women's Rugby since graduating from Dartmouth College in 2023. Starting rugby at age six in Buffalo, NY, she won three NIRA National Championships at Dartmouth and earned the MA Sorensen Award in 2019.
Her proudest achievement is representing the USA Eagles at the Rugby World Cup, adding to her 29 international caps. She aspires to continue her international career.
Emily majored in Government and worked with Dartmouth's Energy Justice Clinic, fueling her passion for energy-sector risks and climate adaptation strategies.
Devin Saavedra
Based in Reno, Nevada, Devin brings over four years of third-party logistics expertise to his role supporting the USPS division. As Logistics Sales Executive and Service Manager, he ensures exceptional carrier service through strategic oversight and relationship management.
Recognized as the company's #1 broker in margin dollars, Devin drives results while maintaining strong supply chain partnerships. He monitors and optimizes carrier performance across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
Outside work, Devin enjoys snowboarding in the Sierra Nevada backcountry, camping, and working on his motorcycles.
Jeremy Misailegalu
Jeremy Misailegalu is a professional rugby player competing in Major League Rugby since 2018. Currently playing in Poland as a free agent, he has represented the Seattle Seawolves, Utah Warriors, Atlanta Rugby, and Houston SaberCats.
Beyond athletics, Jeremy holds a Master's degree in Positive Psychology and is pursuing graduate studies in Human Services, demonstrating his commitment to personal growth and community impact.
His unique combination of elite athletic experience and academic achievement positions him as a leader focused on mindset, resilience, and positive development.
