About Nancy
In her position as Account Manager, Nancy services accounts, prepares quotes, and presents proposals. Insurance was Nancy’s first job in 1999. She notes that she did not have her license yet but was grateful to be hired for the opportunity. Her first boss told her, “Nancy, this is not just a job but a career I am giving you.” He was right!
Nancy learned how to work under pressure and to value teamwork when she worked in the walk-in only agency. With 5-10 clients waiting, she says it was essential to work together to help clients in a timely manner. She even received a plaque from Farm Bureau for writing the most homeowners’ policies with membership. Nancy also achieved her CISR designation in 2019.
Nancy calls Falcon West her second family and enjoys coming in each morning. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, photography, and gardening.
