About Dove

Dove Blaker joined the Falcon West team in 2020. She has been in the insurance industry since 2009 and has earned the CISR designation. In 2020 she completed courses to be certified for the WCIRB CompEssentials in the state of California.

She was drawn to the industry with a desire to help people and prides herself on providing fast and friendly service. She values the trust given by her clients and the partnership she develops in working closely with them. Dove grew up in Encinitas, CA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her Husband, son and 2 dogs. Becoming a mother has been the highlight of her life. Everyday with her son brings new joy and fulfillment. Being with her loved ones keeps her grounded and inspired both in and outside of work.
