About Dave
Dave Hodges is a producer at Falcon West, bringing a fresh perspective to the insurance industry. Although he began his insurance career in 2023, Dave's background in sports management has equipped him with valuable experience working with business owners and understanding their unique needs. He currently holds a Colorado Property and Casualty License and is actively expanding his expertise through IRMI coursework.
Prior to joining Falcon West, Dave served as the Player Personnel Director for the Austin Gilgronis and General Manager for the USA Men’s National Rugby Teams. He continues to give back to the sport by mentoring players and supporting local youth rugby programs.
In his free time, Dave enjoys staying active by working out, skiing, and practicing cold-water immersion and yoga. He and his wife love hiking and country two-step dancing, while attending their son’s baseball games is a cherished family activity. Dave draws inspiration from his family and finds fulfillment in helping clients discover tailored insurance solutions for their businesses.
