As a Commercial Lines Account Manager for Falcon West, Laura handles applications, sends out policies, mails out certificates, requests loss runs, organizes electronic mail, helps in the small commercial department, and work on special projects.

Laura started out in insurance with a temporary job. She quickly found out that her role was much more than simply writing insurance. Laura enjoyed the communication with people and the sense of being able to help customers in both a financial and personal way through insurance. She has been in the industry for 20 years now and maintains her Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Laura’s inspiration in life comes from her three daughters. In her spare time, Laura enjoys cooking and baking, especially when it comes to cakes.
